My partner and that I bought a bed, box-spring, bedframe, and special-ordered a-5 drawer bureau, and mind/foot-board on 9/15/08. We exposed a charge card and created a $500.00 deposit with this day. We did receive the bed, box-spring, and bedframe on 9/17/08. We did receive a phone the night time before declaring the things could be shipped between 1pm-4pm and we were guaranteed that people might also receive a phone 1/2 time prior to the products could be delieved. No-call was created and also the delievering team was at our house and needed to delay since no body was below. They came around 12pm. At the moment the box-spring had a split about the base. We were marriage on that Sunday 9/20/08; consequently, we didn't spot the split till we delivered from our vacation the next week.in the same period as our appearance back from our holiday, we received a phone in the guy that had gaurenteed we'd possess the special-ordered furniture that people wouldn't have the ability receive the requested products because of discontinuation. We travelled towards the shop and style our issues. We didn't locate other things to displace the furniture consequently; we did request our cost back for that specific request products.
