Extremely rude and unprofessional, definitely not worth the hassle!

This can be a criticism against Gardner White furnishings at 4400 East 14-Mile in Warren, MI. I requested fresh family room furniture, love-seat and couch, on January 6. Prior to the documents were authorized, anything was in-stock... Then your salesman returned and stated just the couch was readily available for shipping on 1/10. He requested did I'd like the couch shipped about the 10th, the love-seat was not likely to be accessible until 1/17. I mentioned no, just attempting to consider one-day removed from function and informed him to simply provide both items about the 17th. On 1/14 my spouse and I put our outdated furniture absent and washed our family room in expectation of our fresh items, and about the day of the 17th the supply driver calls me to express they'll appear between 3 and 6 P.M. And demands if I am mindful the love-seat is not about the vehicle. Well, no, I had beennot conscious since noone in the shop worried to contact me! I obviously named the shop and got snotty attitudes along with a couple of "itis on back-order, we-don't understand when itis arriving and we-don't understand what to inform you." Not just one apology. I named about the 19th and got still another perspective, but was informed the love-seat could be within the week of 1/23. Okay, that isn't too poor. Named about the 23rd and was informed it'dnot maintain that week, PERHAPS the next week. Today I am upset. Not just am I being jerked about, but every individual I talked with was rude and condescending. Undesirable so far as Iam worried, Iam investing my cash there! The individual talking to me stated she'd contact me back, due to program she was not approved to stop it, so when she did she agreed to renounce the shipping cost and deliver me a $50 gift certificate... And I would like to understand the love-seat might without a doubt maintain someday the Next week of Feb. NO THANKS! I wound up eliminating the entire purchase plus they acquired the couch recently, 1/26. Not until then did I actually obtain an apology or any type of problem for that terrible experience and trouble. Customers avoid Gardner White! They're excessively rude and unprofessional, NOT AT ALL worth the trouble!
