Worst online purchase experience ever! The company fails to tell you that the company is based in China which means the shipment has to go through customs causing their delivery times undependable. They claim that your shipment will be received 6-8 days after full payment is received. My order took a month to get. They garaunteed that all movies would function and play in English, that is not true. Many of the dvd's did not work at all while others were in chinese with the inablity to change to english. I sent multiple emails expressing my problems. One response said I would get replacement dvds sent out right away, then nothing. There is no number where you can call and speak to someone and emails (if answered) wont get adressed until a minimum of 48 hours after sending. I will contact my bank for a refund. Dont purchase from this place, unless you want to be disappointed and throw away your money.
