I purchased a children dinner with chicken nuggets for my 6 year. Old child on 5/31 @ 8:35 P.M. As she was consuming her nugget she asked me easily purchased her fish blocks simply because they felt like seafood or anything. Therefore my buddy felt one and explained that it appeared like these were undercooked. And so I examined them out and affirmed these were squishy, somewhat red along with a small natural. I named the McDonalds Supervisor, Monica Robledo who got my own info and questioned me easily needed them changed or something for that trouble. I informed her my child needed her chicken nuggets and so I would consider them back and obtain them changed with a few prepared blocks on her and he or she said okay. I came along with a cashier asked if she may help me therefore I contacted her and informed her that I talked towards the Supervisor Monica concerning the undercooked blocks therefore I offered them to her and he or she hands them towards the Supervisor who had been directly behind her within the food point and also the cashier informs her its the nugget woman and also the Supervisor requested to get a fresh container of blocks and hands it back again to the cashier to provide in my experience. Whilst the cashier provides me the brand new container of nuggets, I questioned her if she examined they were completely prepared therefore I popped one and informed her yes, they're prepared so that as I'm walking away the cashier informs me "Ok and do not come back again." so that as my mind turned instantly to her she claims "only joking"... I'm really upset the supervisor didn't manage this and rather had me cope with the cashier. I'm also upset that she permitted the cashier to create a rude remark in my experience after I believe I'd every to restore some raw chicken nuggets. At virtually no time did the supervisor tactic me to apologize for that trouble, she merely offered them towards the cashier to provide in my experience. I sensed they believed "ok go right ahead and protest... Today what would you like", but I understand undercooked food can be quite harmful and so I desired to make certain they understood that and noticed it therefore it was not only a criticism. I had been prepared to display it towards the Supervisor but she never contacted me, she simply got it in the cashier and place it along and offered me a brand new one. I also genuinely believe that the worker had no to create that remark in my experience after I am a spending client and also have every to protest concerning the undercooked food.
