I purchased Asian food from Master wok today plus they all messed up my purchase, they omitted my brown rice. I generously named them back again to let them know they forgot the brown rice with my broccoli and also the woman explained NO which was my purchase and he or she didn't cost me for that grain. Now i began to show her, I usually purchase broccoli with brown rice and he or she informs me DON'T inform me you usually purchase that it generally does not include brown rice and that I never requested brown rice. The woman weighs on me numerous occasions, despite I informed her I'd like my brown grain simply take it to my home and that I can pay for this she explained NO easily need the brown grain in the future and obtain it myself simply because they will not take my purchase, nor purchase from there anymore. I named the problem hotline and also the cook replies the telephone, i told him I'd prefer to talk to the supervisor he explained the supervisor is on holiday. Nevertheless, the woman about the telephone explained she was the manager after I requested to talk to a supervisor. I've never been handled thus rudely in a location and also the greatest section of it's, I had been really type to her through the entire experience. I don't understand if this cafe transformed administration but with this specific so-called supervisor operating this institution this Oriental food cafe may shed all its clients and that I wish it will.
