I'm a disabled American Expert. I selected November 11th (Veterans Day) to contact IHOP to determine when they had a Masters unique. Dennyis does and so I thought IHOP might. After I named, the girl who responded hung-up on me. Then I called back and also the supervisor responded he then hung-up on me. No body answered my issue, to that weam sure the dangling up was the solution.
