Sold me tiramisu cake that had spots of fungus

I purchased a tiramisu dessert today, after my loved ones consumed it we recognized it had been ruined. It'd places of infection. Whenever we confirmed the termination day, we recognized that it had been terminated 5 days before. Three individuals consumed it, 2 of subsequently are worrying of stomach problems.
