I experienced the drive-through today and also the worker who waited on me did not provide me my change but offered me my bill. The individual within the vehicle with me observed her not providing the change. After I informed her that she'd not trained with in my experience... She started to claim saying she did. Obviously... I informed her "you have to count-down your register then". After being informed to draw around till she did... 10 mins. Later... No body has emerge to express something. After heading within the supervisor explained the register wasnt around and that "we dont hand back cash like this"... informed her draw surveilance since cash does not develop on bushes. She explained she'd contact me after she examined. Its 9 hours later today and that I never received a phone. And she is today removed from work until Wednesday.
