Yesterday I returned to the McDonalds at 8195 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32819, store #33314 after a refusal to go due to a disrespectful treatment I was given a few months back by 2 female employees. This time I ordered 2 ice creams. I waited 10 minutes at the window. There was no communication or acknowledgement from drive through attendant. Finally brought me one of the ice creams which was sloppy and small, then finally brought me the 2nd after having to ask for it. Then I had to ask for a spoon so I could eat it and I asked what was the deal, and the attendant told me to, and I quote "Shut the f up". I parked the car and went inside to ask for the manager. Not only was I now late for work after ordering a simple thing and waiting for so long; not only was I cussed out - but it was MY BIRTHDAY. The actual manager, Sergio Rodriguez (his picture was on the wall) wouldn't speak to me, instead a nice young lady behind the counter. Refunded my money and got me the proper ice cream and apologized. I saw the manager Sergio speaking to the drive through attendant, but neither one came up to me to apologize. I am outraged, disgusted and horrified by the way I was treated yet again at this particular McDonalds. The only reason I went back was because it was close to work and I wanted a sundae for a birthday treat. I am never ever to return to this McDonalds nor will anyone in the area as I plan to share this story with the news and media.
