The support was terrible! We put an order after which waited 20 minutes. Another buddy found join us and his purchase arrived before mine. We requested beverages that arrived following the dinner. Wr requested a lineup saturated in oysters and 3 purchases of crab legs with no shuckers or crab cookies received until for atleast 15 minuter. Our crab legs were chilly at that time and that I requested the server to steam them again. She returned and mentioned that she delivered my crab legs... Those that I'd handled... To a different desk. I'm completely ashamed from the support. How do I make sure that I'm refusing to eat food which was once within the ownership of another client. The supervisor apologized for that "error", but he didn't appear extremely empathetic. I wonder exactly what the client who consumed my crab legs might believe if he realized I'd them first. I've loved the meals at Hooters for several years. How do I trust that the institution methods quality-control and just how may I make sure that the meals I consume is secure?
