There has been a problem with small sweet peppers in New York Area. When one adds the peppers in the food for cooking the food is spicy. There has been several incidents with the small sweet peppers. How can one get the consumer afffairs to investigate this matter. A cancer patient was serviced soup that was spicy due to not knowing what was going on with thte peppers and everything that I use the peppers in is coming out spicy as well.
