When taking one of my special needs students today for lunch at Burger King we were truly disappointed in our service. This student had a $10.00 gift card from BK and was extremely excited to use it! First, we had to place the order 3 times before we thought it was right. Second, we wanted it to go and it was for the dining room. The total was almost $10.00 and she got a BK triple stacker without cheese, fries, pop and a shake. You should have seen the look on her face when she opened the burger - it was pathetic!!! The BURGER NOT HER FACE. Of course, there was three patties with three TINY pieces of bacon (did not even equal to one piece) and a small bun. It will be the last time any of our class goes after seeing that! It looked nothing like the picture and if we had not left, I would have taken it back. It is bad enough when normal working people get disappointed at the price of fast food but when a person on a limited income gets taken advantage of it is really appalling.
