Cheese Forgotten on Burger Every Time

They forgot the cheese on my burger, I complaint but no one did anything I call the restaurant and no one pickup the phone they do this every time
and they don't care this is the only thing that i can eat do to my job i have to go to fast food because is faster then waiting in line some were else.
