Keep forgetting the chees

They forgot the chees on my burger, i complaint but no one did enythinh i call the restaurant and no one pickup the phone they do this every time
and they don't care this is the only thing that i can eat do to my job i have to go to fast food because is faster then waitting in line some were else.
