My partner visited Bushis Poultry on D. Grandview and 42nd in Odessa, Florida a week ago. He draws towards the drive-thru and waits like everyone. A worker walks up-to him and he begins showing her what he wishes. She discusses him and requires "No Habla Español?". He, obviously claims "No, I talk English." and also the woman walks off and would go to the following client... She simply leaves him there to hold back again for support. I've worked customer support for 15 years and not had I simply strolled down and quit a Spanish only talking client. I've usually requested them to hold back a minute after which introduced a translator OR discovered somebody who will have the ability to assist them, professionally.
I find this entire point really disrespectful and we, along side many the folks I've informed this tale also, won't be returning.
