I placed order an order with BLUESWITCHDIGITAL.com on September 24; the two items ordered were:
1. Canon Powershot A85
2. Dane-Elec High Speed Compact Flash 256MB
First I was overcharged $5.04 for the memory, secondly they sent a completly wrong item. The package arrived October 1 but instead of the Dane-Elec High Speed Compact Flash 256MB, a wrong type of memory media device by PQI was included. As the PQI item is not compatible with my camera, I was unable to fully enjoy my camera's functions.
After several unsuccessfull attempts of getting assistance from BLUE SWITCH DIGITAL COM, (my calls were not answered, and I was transferred without help to many numbers) finaly I was told to ship the item back to them for credit. When I asked if they would pay for the shipping, they told me it was only about $1.00, and inferred I should pay. As of October 11 Blue BLUE SWITCH DIGITAL has not credited me back $59.99 and have not returned my calls and emails.
I was able to find a twice the amount of memory (512MB Ultra II SanDisk High Speed) for $59.99 from another vendor without any problems.
