Refund of $150.00 for installment provided by BOSCH/SEARS together. Delivered refund into Bosch tackle with all necessary paperwork IN- MAY. Waited before end-of July & I had been informed they never got it. Resubmitted to theis RESUBMISSIONS DEPARTMENT (which should have explained anything there, a lot of NOT rec'd there's a resubmission department!) Waited 3 more wewks, they stated not rec'd on the www.web-rebates.com site. I called them 9-17 plus they stated they rec'd it also it was never prepared. Mentioned delay Four more months!!! This can be a MAIN runaround. An enormous organization such as this stiffing us peons, c'mon BOSCH, create great in your presents.
