It's a very bad experience and won't use them again

I requested two rangehoods, one of these is just a Kobe manufacturer. At that time the website stated they maintained them-and charged me cash.

Used to donot obtain something for over per week after which they delivered me an email requesting me to

Contact them. It got me 3 times to ultimately cope with the waiting and talked with a one. I had been informed they could not find me the Kobe cover. After I told them I needed to stop the purchase for both issues, the owner stated good in an exceedingly rude approach. They did deliver me a notice in e-mail but did not return my cash till I requested PayPal to solve question.

It Is A really poor expertise and wont utilize them again.
