The person whom reported you before me is correct. How can you put the wrong firmware out there and expect people download it to their Blu-Ray dvd player and cease playing regular dvd's. Then, on top of that, LG will not put a downgrade firmware or an upgrade so that people can get their dvd player back. Shame on you! Sylvester is reporting on you!
