Dream lites
Ontel products corporation ordered a dream lite on 6/26 and my accoutn was drafted immediatley not once shipped and as of 8/27 still haven't received merchandise

I first placed order on 6/26 my account was immedidately drafted not like most companies draft once you order is shipped as of 8/27 still no merchandise.

I have called at least 20 times and they keep saying the supervisor is looking over it and tracking purchase and if it shows not received they will refund me.

And they assure me they will return my money. Which is bull cuz still nothing has been done. Sooooo very displeased. And nothing can be done
