Didn’t give a refund

I requested specifics for wind turbine from Presto Breeze plus they didn’t deliver them in my experience. I named them-and got guarantee they'll provide a return. I'm so annoyed! They didn’t provide a reimbursement plus they don’t actually get the telephone. I'm hopeless to complete smth!
