I bought (Sakar International) I.R. Optics 10x25 binocolurs. This was my first pair and I guess it was obvious. After he pushed several models, and simultaneously found out that I work in investments, he gave me a "deal".
He also had the nerve to ask if I had any corporate tickets for the U.S. Open, which I mentioned I was going to. After getting home, I found that they "forgot" to include the neck strap and the instructions that were included were for a totally different brand/model.
After checking my bill online, I found out I got billed $15.89 AND $158.89. I only signed 1 slip. I think the correct amount is $158.89, but I can't even read what they scribbled on the paper. So, I went on EBAY and saw that eSalesUSA.com was selling the same binoculars for $11.99. An individual was even selling them for $4.99. So, not sure what to make of this all, but I think I got the short end of the stick.
