I ordered a Britax Baby carrier online, but received the wrong item (Baby Bjorn) a week later. The company said they would ship me the proper item the following week. When I never received the proper item, I called them and they told me they did not have this item in stock and would refund my money. Why didn't they call or email me? I was waiting for the item and they should've contacted me to let me know what was going on. Very disappointing and poor customer service.
