After dealing with a multiple phase project doing simple home wiring project, they prematurely closed my file. When I notified them I was ready for them to complete the final phase of the project, I spoke to the owner, Robert Rose, and his only explanation was, we are really busy, I'll do what I can to fit you in the schedule. I thought you were done... I've called them day in and day out and have only received 1 message back from the owner explaining that they are really busy.
Fine, maybe it's time to hire some more help then... So much for making the customer happy. I am a very laid back, trusting individual (not one normally to complain), but after wasting so much of my time tracking these deadbeats down, I'm sick of it. There are plenty of good Home Automation and Stereo companies in Metro Atlanta, do yourself a favor and don't do business with Homewaves.
