We bought a product that stated it was used but was in working condition. When it arrived it was filty dirty even had hair hanging all over it. I did not even touch with my bare hands do to this fact. We really need this product for a very good customer so we didn't care about the cosmetics. When we tried to install in customers apaartment we found it didn't even work. I tried reaching the company left numerous messages on voice mail to no avail. After I left a bad rating on E-Bay & disputed the charge with our credit card company did the company finally reach me by email stating it was a as-is product. No where did it state this I would have purchased it elsewhere. Mr. John Myer has done nothing but lie and change things on his website. I would never. Ever purchase anything from this company again & I advise others to do the same. I own my own business and I feel the customer is always right. I treat my customers with respect. This company should learn the same.
