Sent in voucher for a laptop and software and made payment of $25. However, i was unable to continue payments asked for a refund But never heard from them

Received a letter stating I was awarded a consolation prize and I could apply the credit voucher to claim a list of prizes and i chose a dell laptom w/software & free internet.

Sent in one payment of $25 and was unable to send in anymore, requested that payment be refunded and never heard from them again.
