We've completely renovated our house. I've invested near to $35,000 with P.C. Rich & Boy within the last 24 months. We've obtained only probably the most absurd runaround with George, that I've previously experienced. We purchased a GE Monogram 48-Inch Aspect-by-Side Refrigerator Fridge for roughly $9000. Upon delivery, the leveling feet didn't work on all. And so I named the company. He explained to obtain it in position which could be great, and do not be worried about it. Did anybody actually attempt to slip a 900-lb fridge over completely new $10,000 wood floors? Upon numerous calls, he explained it had been anything I did so towards the device, it mightnot have now been his supply people. He also explained if he got it back, the organization would need to consume it! Like I truly cared. Nearly twelve months later, we're still having issues using the device and him. So customers beware, and appear elsewhere.
