I've named P-C Rich & Boy to protest plus they are in no way attempting to support me by any means. I've to consider lots of laundry out to obtain rinsed (actually I've two teenaged kids) in the washing. Matt and that I have informed this to P-C Rich & Boy and also the boss Ron of the support department informed me he'd provide me, free of charge for my trouble, a warranty about the machine. I call today, and need to understand when my component is likely to be in. They set me on-hold for 20 mins and stated it is in and certainly will arrive at deploy. I questioned about my warranty plus they stated the boss would not provide that and ostensibly called me the liar, and oh well, we-don't do this sorry and somebody is likely to be there soon. I WOn't actually buy another equipment from their website again and that I feel I ought to be paid by P-C Rich & Child.in March I bought a $6,000.00 Hair vary from them. You'd genuinely believe that they'd be much more then prepared to assist me out and the things they must have completed in the beginning is substitute my machine. I'm beyond ashamed and that I don't need P-C Rich & Boy to obtain away with this specific and that I doubt I'll function as the last! Please support?
