When my contract year was finally up, with its excruciatingly long waits for customer service, incomplete information available at website, chronic disconnections, expensive phone that lasted 11 1/2 months only, etc., they indicated to newly chosen phone company that my contract was TWO YEARS! I spent 1/2 a day trying to undo their untrue information, and am still battling. Be very careful!
