I have a contract with the nintendo dsi center for a lifetime membership ; i am having problems accessing my account on their web site so i contact them via e mail to which no reply so i tried again and this went on everyday for nine days (yet at the bottom of their web page is states TECHNICAL HELP 24/7) which means help all day every day. Now this is the tenth day and nobody has replied to me.
My 6 year old son joined this web site with his birthday money so you can understand how frustrasting this is (once they have took your money they are not bothered) so be careful before entering this website
