Well i sent in my phone that is worth $90 but when i got message back from them they saaid it was worth $11 when i paid well over $150 for it 6months ago

Well on the 19th i sent in my 4g lg optimus m cell phone and they said it was worth $90 then thursday i get an e-mail sayn it was only worth $11 now it is in very good shape and i want my phone back not sure if im ganna get it back they wont answer my e-mails and im getting mad
