Defective camera battery Internet

I purchased a digipower rechargeable battery for my samsung camera and it would not take a charge. I contacted Best Buy, the store where I purchased it and they told me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I have not been able to reach the company by phone or my email.

Their phone is always busy and their email is permanently unavailable.
