Poor Customer Service - MY ZONE wireless headset

My wife bought me a product called MY ZONE for Christmas. We tried it twice but it never worked. Today I tried to exchange it but was hit with Best Buy 's 30 day return policy. I explained that it NEVER worked and was only used twice but only got the usual sober "sorry, that is our policy" and the manufacturer's warrantee ran out. I was, of course disgusted that their stiff policy didn't take into account the INDIVIDUAL'S experience and so I now have a piece of junk that doesn't work. WE have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the past two years and bought a 37" Samsung TV, An Asus laptop, a Dell Inspiron Desktop computer complete with Geek Squad Black Tie service, and many misc. Items like batteries and memory cards and they can't make good on a lousy $20 product that was defective??? Shame on them and shame on Carmen the customer service supervisor who was no help at all and said " I am just doing my job". Yeah right, they are all just doing there job. The thing that really tipped the scale was the cashier who wouldn't accept my Best Buy rewards because the memory card I bought was one PENNY short of the rewards. Are you kidding me??? I ended up buying a candy bar to get my rewards. I hate their impersonal customer service and will never ever shop at Best Buy again.
