I purchased 2 Nintendo DS Lite models out of this seller. These were Holiday gifts for my kids. Among the switches began sticking about the device so we approached Nintendo about repairs. They advised us these were fake models. I approached the vendor plus they stated that these were really sorry and didn't understand how this occurred. They explained to deliver them both fake models within the email plus they might return my income. I deliver both models for them and didn't notice something. I e mailed them serveral occasions plus they ultimately replied and stated they'd not provide me a reimbursement, however they might mail-me two new models. I stated so long as these were not fake, that might be good. They never sent me the models. I emailed them daily for atleast per month and that I am still emailing them. They're not reacting. They've borrowed my cash and that I wouldn't recommend one to purchase from their website. I created an enormous mistake by purchasing out of this organization and that I don't need other people to help make the same error. I'm out lots of cash and worse than that my children are devistated this comapny took their Holiday presents from their website. I actually donot actually understand how to show a young child how somebody may be so damaged.
