I ordered a Kyocera DuraMax on 1/4. I paid for UPS overnight shipping. Didn't receive a tracking number or a package. I called them after a week and someone told me my phone had shipped the previous day USPS and it takes 5-7 days to get it. Still have not received anything 10 days later. Their 877 number doesn't seem to work but the 718 still is.
