I am a former customer of Red Devil. I placed an order for a karaoke machine for my 10 year old for Christmas. The item was guaranteed in stock and deliverable by Christmas. I paid for the item and was notified by email the day before Christmas Eve stating my order had been cancelled. I would just like to say that I have never been treated so disrespectfully by another person in my life. All I wanted was to placed back on the back order list that I asked not to be taken off of in the first place. After arguing with Todd Patterson about this, via email, the last email I revived from Todd told me "to go to h*l, get that through your thick a*ed head". I still wanted to resolve this so I could get the item for my daughter. I personally called to speak with someone about the rude email and the item I still wanted, and I was told by Todd's partner that he knew all about the matter and told Todd to block me from their email. He was more than rude and would not let me get a word in edge wise. Then he went further to tell me to "shut the f*k up and I don't want your business go shop somewhere else". I was never rude, disrespectful or used profanity. The fact is, he just seemed overwhelmed and did not want to deal with this. Is that not his job? The fact of the matter is you are a business and this is not the way you should treat any customer, or human for that matter. If you think that this is how to handle these kinds of small issues, I doubt you will be a success for very long. During my conversation the immaturity and lack of any customer relation skills were very apparent. I have all the emails sent to resolve this issue. Needless to say I was never asked, not once, what Red Devil could do to help. This is an outrage that the owners of a company would speak to or treat anyone in such a poor fashion, especially some one trying to do business with them around the holidays.
