Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I just read another complaint on here about Prosourcewireless and I was scocked his story was just like mine. I was looking for a good deal on black Friday and came across Prosourcewireless.com website. They advertised exactly what I was looking for. They had android tablets with a camera. I ordered four, 3 for my kids, and one for a raffle basket Dec 12th. I doubled checked my bank account to verify they charged me. I ordered them Nov 25th and they charged my account on Nov 27th for $319.96. I was getting nervous when they still hadn't arrived by Dec 8th so I called. It took forever to get through to them, he asked for my order number and looked it up, I told him I had ordered them on black Friday and needed one of them for the raffle basket a few days away. He looked up my order and said he was sorry that their computers crashed from all the orders on black Friday. He said my order was in process and thats all he could tell me, but that he would make sure it was expidited. He then began to tell me I should realy upgrade the battery life on my tablets that it would be well worth it. I agreed, then he talked me into upgrading something else with them. I agreed to that also. Well needless to say the raffle came and went. I called again to try and cancel the one tablet I needed and he said he couldn't because the order was already in process. He told me that a return would be no problem. Well, I waited again and my order finally came December 17th. When I opened the box I was surprised to see they were in individual boxes, but not shrink wrapped or anything. I took everything out and looked for a reciept of some kind, but there was nothing, just the four boxes of tablets. I wound up selling my extra one to my brother~n~law. We charged the others and my husband went to turn them on and set them up but they were in chinese, wouldn't connect to wi~fi, the battery only lasted 30 minutes. Same thing with the next one, and the third one didn't even work. My husband said " forget these, go buy something real for the boys that will work." I went out and bought them Nooks on Dec 23rd. I called my brother~n~law to tell him our problems, he said he was having problems also. He still gave it to his daughter though to open Christmas morning. The next day he gave it back to me to return. I called to return them today Dec 28th, and the man (who sounds like the same man I have talked to every other time) asked for my order number and said I couldn't return my tablets only exchange them. I said I don't want to exchange them, I want my money back. He said he was sorry, but Monday Dec 26th (two days ago) was the cut off for returns. He said I only had 7 days from the day I recieved them in the mail to return them, and that 7 day date was two days ago. I couldn't believe it. Not only did he charge me an additional $139.92 for upgrades, but now I can't get my money back. He again said he was sorry and he could exchange it for me. I told him I went out and replaced them right away and wanted my money back. I can't believe this company is in business! I'm out $459.88, amd very pissed about it! I will tell everyone about this company that will listen. I would love to take them to court. It sounds like I am not the only one this is happening to. I just can't believe they can get away with this! Please tell me if there is more I can do, I want to shut them down! They will be sorry they didn't refund me!
