Company, Digicel pre-paid phone card provider provides calling cards to international locations. On many occasions we have purchased the $3.00 and $5.00 calling card to Haiti, they have no problems taking our money but never provide the correct amount of minutes or don't even let us call at all. When we contact the customer service department they make up an excuse why the call did not connect and then say sorry but there is nothing we can do. They belittle you and make you feel worthless on the phone.
