What a nightmare

I purchased a phone and a 1 month plan from Cricket on line in November. Within a few days, it stopped working (would not turn on or charge). I called to get a replacement phone, however I was told they don't work that way. I would have to return the phone and repurchase another one and they would credit me within 30 days. They said they would credit the entire phone and plan and credit me the postage fee for sending it back. So I did that. The new phone worked fine after fighting with them numourous times to keep the same phone number. After two weeks they shut the phone off and wanted me to pay another top off fee of $55. I spent 2 hours on the phone with everyone fron tech support to supervisor to manager trying to explain that this phone was paid for thru January 12th and got nowhere. I am now working with my credit card company to get this resolved. At this time I am out $260 and still have no phone. I am so upset and frustrated that this company can get away with this.
