Its me again having some bad luck with online shopping two weeks ago i ordered some speakers from altec lansing. Since ive ordered them ive sent 7 emails to altec, no reply phoned the hot line kept me on the line for a hour the the line went dead ive been on the face book site tride to get some responce there got an email last night saying that they are very sorry and will have my problem sorted by today still waiting if you go on to thier facebook page you will read loads of unhappy customers unbelivable
