Be aware of this company, nightmare dealing with them, ZERO customer service, rude staff

They started with the wrong foot with me, I called the sales dept prior placing my order online, I waited for 42 minutes just to hear a recording over and over. I finally hang up and called the technical support this time, waited only 23 minutes and this time and got a guy that could not help me "but" got me a sales representative in less than one minute... So where was him in the 40 minutes plus I was on hold?

Seems like they have just a few people there? The salesman was rude and very unpleasant to give me any help. After placing my order online the nightmare started, they will not accept any order with a different than the shipping address as for billing address, I had followed the instruction from the salesman to call my bank and verify if my shipping address was also on file, which is, still they sent me two e-mails saying that my order was on hold because of the addresses. They make their own policies, I understand that, but not follow up and verify with my Bank with a $4,500 order just make me think what will happen if I need support when the PC stop working. Be real careful and if you choose to deal with them, good luck, you will need. BTW cyberpower, don't bother to reply that you are sorry about what happen... How about put more educated people on the phone to deal with customers for a start?
