I called to cancel an order 5 minutes after placing it over the computer. I was transferred to customer service and put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I got them I was told that too much time had passed and that my payment had been accepted. It was 9 minutes from the placing of my order.
I was told that it was against company policy to cancel after payment had been received. Come on now, 9 minutes!!! I will have to pay for the part, pay a 20% restocking fee and pay to mail it back. What a scam.
Stay clear of the company. I only wish I had read their reports BEFORE placing my order.
