I requested a WDTV survive Oct 29. After I operated it-up it did not work on all. It had been faulty from the container. I adopted their RMA methods and taken care of return shipment. I acquired a phone from Hy Ly and he explained the RMA would not be recognized and he instantly charged me of starting the system and tampering that was not the case. Then he stated he would document a police statement - "web scam" I believe he named it. Not once did he ask me for my aspect of the function. I subsequently spoke with Victor Lopez and he virtually parroted the very first man. It is like they are studying a software.By today I am out $77.18 given that they WOn't take responsibility. Don't conduct business with one of these individuals. Iam sure Iam not the very first person they will have defrauded. Horrible organization!
