I ordered products from regardsale.com and they never send me anything at all. After they received my payment they stopped responding to my emails and instant chat on their website. This company is a total scam, they will take your money and you will get nothing in return.
They claim not to accept pay pal payments because "bad" customers have ripped them off many times before but in reality they don't because pay pal will refund your money if you don't receive your merchandise.
