I sent a check to this ebayer, they now have a suspended account (if ebay had emailed me regarding the suspension of this person who I had a transaction with, I would have cancelled my check and possibly saved a lot of time, money and heartache.) It is clear that they have been suspended, but not before they could take me for $558.00. I sent emails, and I finally received a response a month and a half ago, he asked for my address and claimed he would send it...
Now a month and a half later again, nothing, it's like I'm being ripped off twice. I don't know what this guys story is, but I have read similar stories from other people, he is suspended from ebay, but that doesn't get my money back, if you see that someones mailing address is
