I bought an lg fridge design lmx25981st, price $3,000.inside a monthapproximately i had been having issues, consumer serv. Extremely bad. They tell you not their problem before you actually complete explaining the problem. I'd icemaker prob. First. After repairperson mounted, he left me a brand new icemaker still in the box and stated "keep this you'll require it ". I desire i'd have returned the fridge right then. It's a seeking equipment, but don't let that decieve you, it's of such pooooooor quality americans should not have accepted it within the first position. Our next problem, that started t/in somewhat over per month after purchase, was a black spot that started developing over the inside bit of my lower rack. The co. Obviously explained within the phone it wasn't their issue. I described it had been inaccesssible and that i had a need to have it looked over - repairperson arrived on the scene & explained it had been low quality plastic also it couldn't be changed, because it would just come again. I got the whole bottom piece out (the only path to get rid of) to clean being an smell started influencing anything within the refrigerator (our refrigerator was perfect). I'd to pry plastic items aside to get entry. This area wasn't designed to be available. I came across black black mold growing. Named co. -informed not their fault obviously. Employed clorox & dried in hot sunlight —did this over & over for the whole evening. Put it back together and returned to refrigerator. Within 4-6weeks it had been back - nothing inside refrigerator was old or pungent, our fridge was pristine. Today i will no longer use water/ice accessory because of the horrible flavor. The odor damages any food that's inside for more than overnight. This refrigerator is totally useless tome and curiously lg has "nothing within their files when it comes to the issue". The corporation must be investigated and held liable for the countless complaints which have been filed against them starting sometime ago. We're suppose to possess citizen money likely to protect the taxpaying customer. The only real safety appears to be going to the poor, expensive organization, posting their products towards the very individuals who purchase to keep the quality control under control. Annually after purchase lg delivered me a letter informing me the "tremendous energy savings" they advertised in the time of purchase was misrepresented and reduced. Whoa too late for the customer huh? — guess who gets away with scam once more??? When will the company who recieves citizens money to safeguard us from these very businesses, be held accountable to do what they're paid to complete??? We can not return the merchandise because of being scammed at that time of purchase, however they may con us understanding, worse situation senario, they might need to inform us afterwards and pretend to tweek anything once they make money from overstating the reality!!!
