My dad orderd a Nikon Coolpix P500 Digital Camera from this company. I wanted to know the information on when the order would be shipped since I did not receive an email confirmation stating it was in process. Therefore, I called them at the customer serivce number. They said it is still being processed and then asked if I would like to get a batery for the camera. I said no. The customer service rep got very insistant and therefore I said, "I do not want a battery and thank you." I proceded to hang up on him. Now, I get an email stating that I canceled the order. I called back. Got the same guy. He then tells me that I needed to purchase a "firmware" upgrade for the camera that is $99. No where on the screen shows "required firmware needed" He said it was in the policey of the website. I looked. Did a search for Firmware.
