I was sent another E-mail, 09-Jul 12:07 PM, thanking me for the order. Then another E-mail, 09-Jul 12:07 PM, thanking me for registering and provided me with a password. On 31 Jul I sent a reply to the last E-mail requesting shipping status. On 1 Aug 1:45 PM CDT (10:45 PCT) I called 1-310-347-9148 which went directly to an answering service. Left message. Today I googled Pavillion Escape and found this consumer complaints. I immediately notified my credit card provider.
