The same as EVERYONE on this website, it was a LURE & SWTICH procedure! Requested an Olympus difficult 6020. A couple of days later they named me to inform me I had a need to purchase a battery & charger & "firmware". It had been a "1 time-use" battery. Really manipulative & rude! I kept saying I simply needed the camera AS MARKETED, & he'd NOT promote it this way. I arrived home & got on the site, & it claims incorporated with purchase is battery & charger & application. I called back & required the camera AS MARKETED at that cost & he'd NOT PROMOTE IT IN MY EXPERIENCE!!! I expected for that manager, he explained he was the manager. I expected for that owner, he explained he was the owner. Title is Allen. THEY DON'T OFFER PRODUCTS AS ADVERTISED!!! I'm today confirming to BBB! - Tommie
