Whoa! I simply experienced the toughest encounter regarding an insurance claim... My homeowners insurance claim was not as difficult as this dam mobile phone insurance claim. First my partner dropped his telephone while we were out to get a evening around town in a Diner club& grill and so I called tmobile to hold it, WHEW! Therefore the following day I move online to document a missing state through Asurion, I undergo all of the actions and send them within the files they require and than I've to contact them to help make the cost ($90)... But I had been informed state was refused. They claim I have to contact tmobile to discover when the consideration was hold and so I do, (also it WAS). They than move me back again to saurian who informs me to begin a brand new state (wtf). I DON'T since we are able to proceed with this particular one plus they inform me that my telephone continues to be in use. Which it wasn't! Therefore we return and forth them stating that the member of the family or somebody we all know has my partners telephone... I am so livid right-now since they're blaming people of scam and we spend our quality each month so we ought tonot need to undergo this!!! Therefore after 3plus hours of the bullshit they return about the telephone after retaining me on-hold for 10-20mins at the same time. They claim Ma'am I'd prefer to apologize with respect to my organization, But we have created a dreadful error it appears like you're titled to get a substitute. So sorry for that trouble! And ma'am what's promising is you don't need to document a brand new state we are able to move info to some new state solution. GEE THANKS!!! Wow what a business!!! (NOT) Is there another supplier available???
