Circuit City
Sold me a scanner that has never worked not once

I bought a H/P scanner from circuit City. I called them when it didn't work and then went down there. I was told I needed newer soft ware from H/P and it was ordered for me. It still didn't work.

I was told I was sent the wrong soft ware so I contacted H/P again and was sent new installation disc again. Did this three times.

Then I was told well my guarantee was out and I had bought an extended warranty from Circuit City when I bought my entire system. I was told it won't take effect for 1 year.

Year-goes by and I go back with my scanner and they tell me now my guarantee is not with them its with GE so now I have to contact them. When I bought my system I was told if anything goes wrong with the monitor, scanner or the printer all I had to do with this extra warranty is just bring it in and they would replace it right there on the spot.

Now I am told a different story. I will never buy anything from Circuit City again.
